Apple says App Store hit 40B downloads, with 20B in 2012 alone
Apple revealed this morning that over 20 billions apps were downloaded in 2012, bringing the total number of App Store downloads to 40 billion. The announcement also noted a record-breaking 2 billion downloads happened during the month of December.
